THE MARCH | SUBMISSION FORM
The Franklin Arts Center Resident Artists Gallery, presents its first exhibition of 2015, titled "THE MARCH: An Exhibition in Response to Racial Injustice and the Celebration of Black History Month." We invite artists from all over, working in all mediums, to submit artwork that responds to racial injustice, police violence, and other topics related to recent events. In addition, we would like to see artwork that celebrates African American history, culture, and traditions. During the month of this exhibition, we hope to create an open dialogue and reflection among all people, which may lead to a better understanding of the events and cultural differences around us and promote peace and change within our society. This group exhibition will be on display in our gallery throughout the month of February.
